This is Bart's proposed format for posting PE Builder plugins.
A plugin for showing file
extensions as well as hidden files and folders.
Points "My Documents" to the system drive, instead of the nonexistent
folder under Default User. Lastly, includes the missing "My Computer"
icon for the "Open" and "Save" dialogue box APIs.
