This is Bart's proposed format for posting PE Builder plugins.

This is a plugin for adding the 16 bit
subsystem to PE Builder

All files needed are found on the Windows XP
or Windows 2003 Server CD.

I strongly expect that there is plenty more to
do with this one. Suggestions appreciated.
