I've been told that I'm quite the mystery - people can't figure me out. I'm quiet, sometimes shy, and don't leave the house too much. In some ways, I think that's good. Nobody really wants to be totally predictable. Other ways can be not so good. People think you've become a hermit. *laugh* Not so, I say. I'm just broke, and costly outings are not on the agenda. Being homebound is not such a bad thing for an artist. It leaves plenty of time to think , feel and be moody-all good things in my profession. Still, my life and it's future are mystery to me as well. Mystical Dreams, is here to be a little window into my life as it progresses. I just hope it's all good.
The most recent of my projects is my work on Waln Arts. It's mostly fine art and photography, but also a few pieces of miscellaneous quips and quotes, funky stuff of the usual t-shirt and jeans variety humor, too- mainly because I'm too doggone cheap to pay to open another store just for "t-shirt" designs.
It's Live! SqueenieScraps, is for my most 'hands-on' craft projects, like quilting, custom scrapbook albums, paintings, etc.At least that's what it is supposed to be for. For the time being, I've been inspired to create digital artwork downloads for digital scrapbookers (although traditional scrappers are encouraged to use the art and print pieces for their tangible albums, also). Look out for art pieces by Rralphigiirll and Bubba, too. I'm having a ball with the website template stuff, too, so maybe some themes may be available for cafepress, zen cart, wordpress, and e107 soon. Who knows, I may just go hog wild and make some crazy themes for nothing in particular. As sis and I say, WeeHaw!
So, the Lil' Beaner is here. After much thought about it, I've decided there are too many sick, twisted freaks out there that think icky things, so I've decided to not be putting up any update pictures of Beaner online. I will, however, journal his milestones for those who are interested. If there is any light at the end of the tunnel for our pocketbook, I may just throw a BBQ someday so y'all can come see him.
Needless to say, our rescue activities are on the back burner as well, and we're currently on 'sanctuary only' status, with no intake, or transport trips planned at all. The Wheeky Inn website is still up, but badly in need of updating, though the Wheeky Pig merchandise store is still working and available.
